It may happen that authorization, which you have added some time ago, was removed and you do not have access to your Insights data in the Sotrender app.
It can be caused by many things and here are the most common ones:
- Changing your password on Facebook or Instagram account.
- Changing settings on your account.
What to do in order to re-add the authorization?
- Log in to Sotrender
- Click on your email address (in the right upper corner) and then Profiles and connections.
- Click on the orange “+” button, next to the correct platform and login with your account.
If your Insight data still do now show up, follow the steps below:
- Logout of your Sotrender account.
- Login to your Facebook account.
- Go to: Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Business Integrations
- Remove Sotrender from Business Integrations.
- Log back into Sotrender.
- Click on your email address (in the right upper corner) and then Profiles and connections.
- Click on the orange “+” button, next to the correct platform and login with your account.
