1. This Privacy Policy together with the Regulations for the provision of the Service “Sotrender” available at www.sotrender.com together constitute the “Terms and Conditions” of the Service.
  2. In the course of providing the Service, the Controller of the personal data processes information concerning Users, including information having the nature of personal data, in compliance with the laws in force in this regard and with the safeguards required by law.
  3. In connection with the conclusion, as well as the performance of the Contract for the Service “Sotrender”, i.e. on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR and the need to fulfill a legal obligation and legitimate interest of the Controller - in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter. c and f of GDPR, the Data Controller is authorized to process the User's personal data to the fullest extent permitted by the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC and the Law of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 2018, item 1000).
  4. The user is entitled to access and correct the content of his personal data, and he provides such data on a voluntary basis.
  5. With regard to the personal data provided to the Controller, the Controller of the personal data shall be responsible for its proper processing, in accordance with the provisions referred to in paragraph 3 above.
  6. Data, including personal data, obtained through dedicated Applications for social networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube* and LinkedIn and APIs of the aforementioned services) and analyzing behavior in digital Products (e.g. Google Analytics) related to the provision of the Service. These include data on User activities and Website activities on social networks and other websites or applications that the User manages. The Controller processes them as specified in the regulations of the Sotrender Service available at www.sotrender.com. The anonymized aggregate data can be used by the Controller to create its own analysis and reports (also publicly available).

    *The Website uses YouTube's API services as a service provider. If the User uses these services through the Website, the User is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy .
  7. The User's data will be kept for no longer than necessary in connection with the use of the Service and until the statute of limitations for mutual claims under the contract for the use of the Service. The data will then either be deleted from the Database maintained by the Controller or anonymized.
  8. Each User has the right to access the content of his/her personal data, the right to correct and supplement them, and the right to request the cessation of data processing and their deletion, by contacting the Controller for this purpose by e-mail (support@sotrender.com) or in writing. In case of deletion of data conditioning the use of the Website's separate resources and the Services offered within its framework, the User loses the possibility to use them.
  9. The Controller of the personal data necessary for the Sotrender Service is SmartNet Research & Solutions spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, headquartered in Warsaw, ul. Solec 38 lok. 10, having NIP 701-030-66-55 and REGON 143234632, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, Commercial Division XII under the KRS number 0000397876 (the Controller).
