This month we take a deep look into e-commerce on Facebook with Wisnu Setioko, Social Media Ensign at Lazada Indonesia.

Lazada Indonesia could compete with many kinds of Indonesian brands in February, included one of the competitor, OLX in terms of engagement rate. However, it was on the contrary that OLX exceeded Lazada’s like by approximately 3 times. For E-Commerce category, Lazada Indonesia was on 2nd position after OLX. In terms of engagement, Lazada Indonesia was on the peak position, reaching 39% of engaged users. However, the company did not get any top 10 place for customer service’s result. For Twitter, Lazada Indonesia was ranked 4th under Kaskus which was able to gain approximately 2 million followers. Nevertheless, the growth was much better than the forum which was able to mark 8% compared to the previous period. Still, Kaskus almost owned every aspects such as engagement and follower’s amounts. Surprisingly, Bhinneka was able to gain 1st position in terms of user’s engagement.

Although biggest pages chart differs only slightly from January’s one, February brought a brand new leader in users’ engagement. It’s Rumah Cantik Citra, a newcomer in Fanpage Trends. It engaged during last 28 days over 2 million people, or in other words 107% of their fans. Samsung fell down to 5th place in engagement and we observed a few really big growths – Blackberry engaged 714 thousand Facebook users and moved up by 64 places and XL Rame which improved its position by 48 places, engaging 497 thousand users. In terms of customer service the leader is again Telkomsel.

This month we look with care into automotive industry on Twitter with Puti Bunga Hadian Firda, social media specialst at Nadyne Media Tama.

From the Twitter Trends report we can see that @welovehonda ranks 3rd, while @yamahaindonesia 4th. Perhaps it is because @welovehonda use twitter ads to increase the number of fan. The biggest Twitter profile in Indonesia in February 2015 was just like a month ago, KASKUS. The most mentioned profile, Bhinneka.com improved its position by 92 places, compared to January. It also placed 3rd in interactivity charts.
