You might have noticed that Sotrender’s packages have changed recently!

We have adjusted our packages to reflect the number of users that can access an account in Sotrender. Here’s a short breakdown of how many users can use each package in Sotrender.

Because we have so many different types of clients, we needed to prepare packages that would fit everyone’s needs. The packages below are all described in more detail on the pricing page if you’re interested. 🙂

The Lite package is the most affordable one that you could choose from. You can manage 5 profiles with 5 users. All users will have access to 90 days of historical data (with 120 days of data retention) for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This type of package is appealing for freelancers who manage only one or a few profiles at a time.

The Standard package is the most popular package of the four. You can add 10 profiles and have 10 users all managing the account together. With this package, you get access to 180 days of historical data and 200 days of data retention. This package is useful for companies and brands that manage multiple profiles at once.

The Pro and Enterprise packages are the most freeing, seeing as you can have an unlimited number of users who access the account. As the names suggest, these packages could be best for agencies or companies that manage from 20 to 40 profiles. Aside from the large number of profiles they can add, they come with 1 to 2 years of historical data and 2 to 3 years of data retention.
